Smoking and Alcohol – NHS Highland operates a No Smoking and No Alcohol Policy. Please be prepared that if you are under the influence of alcohol your appointment may be cancelled.
Courtesy to staff – Staff are required to be courteous to the public and courteous behaviour towards staff is appreciated. Abusive or violent behaviour causes offence to both staff and patients. NHS Highland may refuse to provide services or prosecute any person whose behaviour is disruptive. This practice operates a zero tolerance policy of verbal or physical aggression towards all practice staff. The practice has the right to remove patients from the list because of persistent unacceptable behaviour.
