If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
If you want the results of your tests you can either
- phone or visit us between 8am to 6pm and we will tell you what the results are, or
- complete an eConsult form by clicking on the link on the home page and selecting the "Sick notes, tests or routine requests" option
